Leaf Lettuce - June
A basic by itself or as the start of a fabulous mixed salad.

Green Onions - June
Delicious, mild-flavor is ideal for salads, stir-fries, soups, omelettes and onion pancakes.

Radishes - June
Crisp, tender and delicious in salads or as part of a fabulous veggie tray!

 

 

 

Corn - June
The all time summer favorite! Excellent for fresh eating (boiled or roasted), freezing or canning.

Tomatoes - June
Fabulous slicers for fresh eating on sandwiches, in salads or as a side dish on it own!

New Potatoes - July
Tender, flavorful. Perfect for boiling in the jackets.

Green Beans - July
Delicious fresh, cooked or for canning and freezing to enjoy later!.
