Garlic - Learn about these Locally Grown Varieties!

Hard Neck - rich aromatic flavor. I grow this one on my farm.

Chesnok Red - Purple stripes. Rich aroma with medium hot flavor. Roaster and baker. Retains shape and flavor.

Music - Porcelain. Tastiest. Ideal for roasting.

German - Porcelain. Burgandy stripes. Strong robust flavor.

Krasnodar Red - Purple stripes. Originated from Krasnodar Russia, near the Black Sea. Mild and buttery flavor.

Krasnodar White - Originated from Krasnodar Russia, neart the Black Sea. Mild and buttery.

Armenian - Porcelain. Originated from Hadrut Karabagh. Strong flavor.
