          July Cooking Tips!

Potato Salad

New red potatoes (from At the Farm )
Eggs (from
At the Farm)
Sweet onion (from
At the Farm)

Boil new red potatoes with skins on, THE DAY BEFORE YOU MAKE THE POTATO SALAD, then refrigerate.

The next day, peel the potatoes and chop, add cooked chopped eggs, chopped sweet onion, salt and pepper to taste.

Mayonnaise
Cream
Mustard
Fresh Dill (from
At the Farm)
Parsley (from
At the Farm)

Mix mayo with cream, a little mustard, fresh dill and parsley. Chopped celery is optional. Add mayo mixture to potatoes and stir to coat potatoes.

Cucumbers with Cream

Cucumbers (from At the Farm)
Onion - optional (from
At the Farm)
Cider vinegar
Whipping cream

Slice cucumbers thin (I peel first). Some people like a thin-sliced onion in it, I do not.

Put 1/2 tablespoon of cider vinegar, not on the cucumbers but around the edge of the bowl.

Cover with whipping cream, stir and serve.

Enjoy!
