July Bonus Recipe - Fresh Salsa

4-5 minced cloves of garlic (from At the Farm)
1 chopped medium onion (from
At the Farm)
7 chopped hot peppers, either jalapenos or hot banana (from
At the Farm )
2 handfuls of chopped fresh cilantro (from
At the Farm)
6 medium chopped tomatoes (from
At the Farm)

Put everything, except the tomatoes, in a blender or food processor. Cover and process just until coarse and chunky in texture. Pour into a bowl.

Chop tomatoes by hand, using a blender or food processor makes them too juicy.

Add the chopped tomatoes to the mixture in the bowl and mix well. Add salt to taste.

Makes about six servings. Enjoy!
