Hello,

There's a bright golden haze on the meadow, the corn is not as high as an elephant's eye but GROWING! It did make knee-high by the 4th of July.

Fresh Picks now are Peas, Candy onions, Green onions, Beets, Kohlrabi, Leaf Lettuce, Cucumbers, Home Grown New Red Potatoes, Zucchini, Radishes, and Green Beans.

I'm almost done picking Rhubarb. The 4th of July usually is the cut off time. The season is later this year so I can pick a little longer. If you pick later than the 4th you can ruin your plants for next year's production. Compost your rhuarb plants in the fall as they are heavy feeders.

TO FILL YOUR WILLOW BASKET:

Georgia Sweet Corn, Peaches, Indiana Muskmelon andWatermelon, California Necterines, Plums and Grapes, Washington Cherries, New Jersey Blueberries Organic Bananas.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR JULY 27!

It's a Country Festival At The Farm! Stroll the gardens and enjoy the Wendenger Band from New Ulm MN. Its to Celebrate Minnesota's 150th Birthday. 12 noon to 4 pm.

I GROW ORGANIC EAT FRESH BUY LOCAL

Enjoy the Summer!
